V súčasnosti ponúkame doručenie prostredníctvom spoločností UPS, USPS, DHL Express, DHL Freight, PostNord, FedEx International Economy a FedEx International Priority.

Môžete si vybrať doručenie na svoju domácu adresu, na servisné miesto alebo na inú vami uvedenú adresu.

Preprava podľa krajiny

USA: USPS 3-20 pracovných dní v závislosti od štátu, v ktorom žijete. Ak máte problémy so sledovaním vášho balíka pomocou nami zaslaného úvodného odkazu na sledovanie, pozrite si stránku https://www.17track.net/en a zadajte svoje sledovacie číslo, kde získate ďalšie informácie. How is shipping handled by whitelip.eu?

1. Po dokončení nákupu dostanete potvrdenie objednávky na použitý e-mail. Tento e-mail bude obsahovať informácie o vašom nákupe.
2. Vaše výrobky zabalíme do odolnej a ľahkej škatule a pridáme ďalšie pochúťky.
3. Po odovzdaní vašej objednávky partnerovi, ktorého ste si vybrali, vám bude zaslaný e-mail s číslom na sledovanie. Pomocou tohto sledovacieho čísla môžete sledovať cestu vášho balíka k vám.

Čas manipulácie

Väčšinu našich objednávok (90%) odosielame v ten istý deň, ako príde objednávka. Prípady, keď je čas vybavenia dlhší, sú napr. keď výrobky pre vašu objednávku nie sú na sklade. Ak sa vám to stane a manipulačný čas je dlhší ako 48 hodín, budeme vás kontaktovať ohľadom dôvodov.
