نحن حالياً نقدم التسليم عن طريق UPS و USPS و DHL Express و DHL Freight و PostNord و FedEx International Economy و FedEx International Priority.
يمكنك اختيار التسليم إلى عنوان منزلك أو نقطة خدمة أو أي عنوان آخر تقدمه.
الشحن حسب الدولة
الولايات المتحدة: USPS 3-20 يوماً عملياً، حسب الولاية التي تسكن فيها. إذا كنت تواجه مشكلة في تتبع طردك برابط التتبع الأولي الذي أرسلناه، يرجى الرجوع إلى https://www.17track.net/en وإدخال رقم التتبع الخاص بك للحصول على مزيد من المعلومات. قبل الطلب إلى الولايات المتحدة، يرجى قراءة سياسة الإرجاع.

How is shipping handled by whitelip.eu?

- بمجرد تسليم طلبك إلى شريك الشحن الذي اخترته، سيتم إرسال بريد إلكتروني برقم التتبع. برقم التتبع هذا، يمكنك متابعة طردك وهو في طريقه إليك.
وقت المعالجة
يتم شحن معظم طلباتنا (90%) في نفس اليوم الذي يأتي فيه الطلب. الحالات التي تكون فيها أوقات المعالجة أطول هي على سبيل المثال عندما تكون المنتجات الخاصة بك غير متوفرة في المخزون. إذا حدث هذا لك وكان وقت المعالجة أطول من 48 ساعة، فسنتصل بك فيما يتعلق بالأسباب.

You, as the customer, are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from whitelip.eu, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Sweden may be subject to excise taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the local country and/or jurisdiction. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such excise taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and/or your delivery address. It is the customer’s responsibility to report and remit these taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. When the order leaves whitelip.eu’s warehouse, we are no longer responsible for the package and the responsibility is put on you, as the customer.
