Contact us first so we can investigate your complaint. Swedish consumers can refer an eligible dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden. ARN applies its own time limits, value thresholds and application fee. This does not restrict your right to use a competent court.
