Track your order

You can find your order status in the emails sent after your purchase.

How to follow your order

1. Open the order confirmation and follow the link to your order status.
2. When the parcel has been sent, you receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link from the carrier.
3. If you have an account, you can also see your orders under My account.

If you cannot find the tracking link

Check the inbox and spam folder for the email address you used at checkout. If you cannot find the message or the tracking has not updated for several days, contact us with your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

The parcel is only handed over against valid photo ID. Read more about delivery in our shipping policy.
