This product contains nicotine, a highly addictive substance.
Nicotine pouches are small pouches that contain nicotine but no tobacco. Swedish law calls them tobacco-free nicotine products, and in Swedish they are also known as vitt snus. The nicotine pouches at Whitelip come from several brands, in mint, fruit and berry, citrus, liquorice, coffee and other flavours, with 1.5 to 49.5 mg of nicotine per pouch.
Nicotine pouch brands at Whitelip
Whitelip sells nicotine pouches from these brands. Each brand page lists that brand's flavours, formats and strengths:

Nicotine pouch flavours, from mint to coffee
Each product at Whitelip belongs to a flavour group, and each group has its own page:
- Mint: peppermint, spearmint, menthol and other mint flavours
- Fruit and berries: for example cherry, mango, raspberry, strawberry and watermelon
- Citrus: for example lemon, lime, orange and bergamot
- Liquorice: liquorice and salmiak
- Coffee: coffee, mocha and cappuccino
- Floral: violet
Some products have other flavours, which their product pages describe. The flavour name on a can is the brand's own product name. It does not describe the strength or the format.
Nicotine strength: mg per pouch and mg per gram
Two figures describe how much nicotine a pouch contains:
- mg per pouch is the amount of nicotine in one pouch.
- mg per gram is the concentration, the amount of nicotine in one gram of pouch material.
The two figures are linked by the weight of the pouch. A pouch that weighs 0.8 g and contains 10 mg of nicotine per gram holds 8 mg of nicotine. Two products with the same mg per gram can therefore contain different amounts of nicotine per pouch if the pouches differ in weight. Mg per pouch is the figure to compare between products and brands. Where a product page states mg per gram, the figure at Whitelip is between 4 and 50 mg per gram.
The nicotine pouches at Whitelip contain from 1.5 to 49.5 mg of nicotine per pouch. These brands have products in each strength band:
- Up to 4.5 mg: APRÈS, HELWIT, Kelly White, VELO, XQS, Z!XS, ZYN
- 5 to 8.9 mg: 77, APRÈS, HELWIT, Kelly White, LOOP, Lundgrens, VELO, XQS, Z!XS, ZYN
- 9 to 12.5 mg: 77, APRÈS, GREATEST, LOOP, Lundgrens, VELO, XQS, Z!XS, ZEUS, ZYN
- 13.5 to 20 mg: 77, LOOP, VELO, ZYN
- Over 20 mg: PABLO, SIBERIA
Words such as Low, Regular, Strong or Extra Strong in product names are each brand's own labels. They do not form a common scale across brands, so the same word can stand for different amounts of nicotine.
Slim, Mini and other formats
The format describes the size and shape of the pouch. It does not describe the nicotine content.
- Slim pouches are long and narrow. The Slim pouches at Whitelip contain 3.5 to 30 mg of nicotine per pouch.
- Mini pouches are smaller. The Mini pouches at Whitelip contain 1.5 to 20 mg of nicotine per pouch.
- SIBERIA also comes in the Ultra Slim, Long and Maxi formats.
Cans at Whitelip hold between 12 and 66 pouches, and the product page states the number for each can.
Dry and moist pouches
Nicotine pouches are either dry or moist, depending on how much moisture the pouch material contains. At Whitelip, Mini pouches are generally dry and Slim pouches generally moist. The product page states whether a pouch is dry or moist when the brand gives this information.
Age limit for nicotine pouches in Sweden
In Sweden, tobacco-free nicotine products may not be sold or otherwise handed over in trade to anyone under 18. The rule is in section 19 of the Act on Tobacco-Free Nicotine Products, Lag (2022:1257) om tobaksfria nikotinprodukter. The age limit has applied since 1 August 2022.
