Terms of service
Seller
These terms apply when you shop in our online store as a consumer. The seller is Scandinavian Pouch Company AB, registration number 559505-1722, Box 2012, 135 02 Tyresö, Sweden. Email: kontakt@whitelip.com.
Age
You must be 18 or over to buy nicotine products. For deliveries in Sweden, you verify your age with BankID at checkout, and the parcel is only handed over against valid photo ID. For deliveries to other countries, the carrier checks your ID when handing over the parcel, and the parcel is only handed over to you if you are 18 or over. If your age cannot be verified, we do not complete the purchase or hand over the parcel. This product contains nicotine, a highly addictive substance.
Ordering
Check the items, quantities, delivery address and total before you complete your purchase. The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation by email. Contact us as soon as possible if anything in your order is wrong.
If we cannot deliver an item you ordered, we contact you and refund what you paid for it. We do not replace it with another product without your approval.
Prices and payment
The total, including VAT and shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Some payment methods also carry the payment provider's own terms, which you accept at checkout.
Delivery
We deliver internationally. Available destinations and delivery options are shown at checkout. Delivery options, price and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout. Read more in our Shipping policy. We are responsible for the goods until you, or the recipient you named, have received them.
Parcels that are not collected are returned to us. For an uncollected parcel within Sweden, we charge SEK 150 for return shipping and handling. For other countries, we charge a fee equal to the shipping price for your country and the delivery option you selected. Not collecting a parcel does not count as withdrawing from the purchase.
Customs, import and charges in the destination country
You are responsible for making sure the goods can lawfully be imported into and received in the country you order to. Check the rules in your country before you order.
Customs duties, import VAT, taxes and other charges levied in the destination country are not included in the price unless checkout says so. You pay them, and you bear the risks and costs that come with the import. For delivery to the United Kingdom, Canada and Switzerland, customs duties and import charges normally apply, which you pay to the carrier.
If a parcel is held in customs, you pay all charges connected with it, such as storage, handling, inspection and return shipping. If the parcel is returned to us because the charges were not paid or because the goods may not be imported into the country, the same fee applies as for a parcel that is not collected, and we deduct the costs we have incurred before refunding anything.
Right of withdrawal and returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. It applies to unopened cans with an intact seal. It does not apply to cans whose seal has been broken after delivery, because for health and hygiene reasons they cannot be returned. You pay the return postage when you withdraw from a purchase. Read more in our Refund policy and under Withdraw from a purchase.
Complaints about faulty goods
Contact us with your order number, a description and preferably photos if an item is faulty or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. You can complain about original defects for three years from when you received the item. A complaint made within two months of discovering the defect always counts as made in time. We pay the return postage for an approved complaint. The broken-seal exception to the right of withdrawal does not affect your right to complain about faulty goods.
Personal data
Read how we process your personal data in our Privacy policy.
Disputes
Contact us first and we will try to resolve the matter. You can also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, which hears disputes that meet its requirements. Swedish law applies to the purchase. These terms do not limit your rights under mandatory consumer law or your right to go to a court of law.
