Product information and labelling

Details of the manufacturer, any responsible person in the EU, warnings and instructions for use are on the product's packaging and label. These details differ between products. Scandinavian Pouch Company AB sells the products in the online store. This does not mean that we are the manufacturer or the responsible person for every product.

Report a safety risk

Contact kontakt@whitelip.com. Give the product name, your order number if you have it, the batch number or best-before date and a description of the problem. Photos of the label help us identify the product.

Stop using a product you suspect is not safe, and keep it out of the reach of children and animals. Keep the packaging.

Recalls

If a product we have sold is recalled, we contact the customers who bought it, using the email address on the order.

Nicotine

This product contains nicotine, a highly addictive substance. If a child has swallowed a nicotine product, or you suspect poisoning, call 112 or contact the Swedish Poisons Information Centre, Giftinformationscentralen. Customer service is not a medical emergency service.
