Mint is a flavour group for nicotine pouches with peppermint, spearmint, menthol or another mint flavour. At Whitelip it comes in five formats and from 1.5 to 49.5 mg of nicotine per pouch, and all the products are tobacco-free.

The mint range comes from ZYN, VELO, LOOP, 77, APRÈS, HELWIT, XQS, Z!XS, GREATEST, SIBERIA, PABLO, Kelly White and Lundgrens. ZYN, VELO, LOOP, APRÈS, XQS and 77 make mint in Mini as well as Slim, and SIBERIA adds Ultra Slim, Long and Maxi. Where stated, the Mini pouches are dry and the Slim pouches moist, except the dry GREATEST Cold Dry S5. A can usually holds 20 pouches, and some products hold 12 to 24. Each product page states the flavour, format and nicotine content per pouch, so products can be compared side by side.

The flavour names are the brands' own product names. Words such as Ice, Arctic, Freezing or Storm are part of the name and do not state the strength or the format. SIBERIA's names state the series and the format rather than a flavour.

Strength words such as Light, Strong or Hyper Strong are each brand's own labels and differ between brands, so mg per pouch is the figure to compare.
Slim, Mini and other formats
Slim pouches are long and narrow, and Mini pouches are smaller. The mint Mini products here contain 1.5 to 20 mg of nicotine per pouch, so a smaller pouch does not mean less nicotine.
Peppermint, spearmint and menthol
Peppermint (Mentha × piperita) is a hybrid of watermint and spearmint, and menthol is the main component of its oil. Spearmint (Mentha spicata) is a separate species: the main compound in its oil is carvone, and it contains little menthol. Menthol is a compound that occurs naturally in the oils of mint plants such as corn mint and peppermint, and it is also made synthetically. On this page, VELO uses peppermint and spearmint in its product names, ZYN, LOOP and Z!XS use spearmint, and APRÈS, HELWIT and ZYN use menthol.
