14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts the day after you received the goods. If your order arrived in several parcels, it starts the day after you received the last one.

What you can return

The right of withdrawal applies to unopened cans with an intact seal, in the condition you received them. Cans whose seal has been broken cannot be returned, for health and hygiene reasons. Opening the parcel or the outer carton does not affect your right of withdrawal.

How to return

  1. Tell us within 14 days. Email kontakt@whitelip.com with your order number and the items you want to return, or use the withdrawal form under Withdraw from a purchase.
  2. Send the items back no later than 14 days after your message, to: Scandinavian Pouch Company AB, Cementvägen 18, 136 50 Jordbro, Sweden.
  3. Pack the items securely and keep your proof of postage until the refund is complete.

You pay the return postage when you withdraw from a purchase.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your message. We may wait until we have received the items back or you have shown that you sent them. If you withdraw from the whole order, we also refund the original delivery cost, up to the price of the cheapest delivery option we offered. The refund goes to the payment method you used, at no charge.

Faulty goods

Is an item faulty or damaged, or did you receive the wrong item? Contact us with your order number, a description and preferably photos. Keep the item and its packaging until we have replied. We pay the return postage for an approved complaint, and this also applies to opened cans. Read more in our Terms of service.
