Withdraw from a purchase

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

How to withdraw from a purchase

Tell us within 14 days, counted from the day after you received the goods. It is enough to send your message before the period ends. Choose one of these ways:

• Email kontakt@whitelip.com with your order number and the items you are withdrawing from.
• Send the withdrawal form below, by email or by post to Scandinavian Pouch Company AB, Box 2012, 135 02 Tyresö, Sweden.

We confirm by email that we have received your message.

What you can withdraw from

The right of withdrawal applies to unopened cans with an intact seal. It does not apply to cans whose seal has been broken after delivery, because for health and hygiene reasons they cannot be returned. Opening the parcel or the outer carton does not affect your right of withdrawal. This exception does not affect your right to complain about a faulty item.

Sending the items back

Send the items no later than 14 days after your message, to: Scandinavian Pouch Company AB, Cementvägen 18, 136 50 Jordbro, Sweden. You pay the return postage. Pack the items securely and keep your proof of postage.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your message, to the payment method you used and at no charge. We may wait until we have received the items back or you have shown that you sent them. If you withdraw from the whole order, we also refund the original delivery cost, up to the price of the cheapest delivery option we offered.
